IMINA LO!

The South Coast Carnival 2019 – IMINA LO! ‘This is me South Coast Carnival 2019 is a plea to all people to be themselves, to embrace who they are, what they are, no matter where they come from! The beauty of a carnival is the ability to bring different cultures, ethnic groups, professionals and artistries together in celebration of who they are in music and dance. This unique event showcases not only different cultures but also the beauty of travel and tourism in the South Coast and On the 29th September 2019, participants and spectators will get a rare chance to enjoy a 2km parade walk, from Uvongo Main Beach Car Park to St Michaels Beach. More than 500 participants in costume designed outfits, performers, bikers, cultural dancers and musicians will be entertaining onlookers and gracing the streets of Uvongo. The parade will be followed by a family beach picnic, with a local food, arts & craft market and entertainment.

Costume up & Parade!!

Dress comfortably and gear up for the 2km Parade Walk, filled with fun and festivities. Registration Begins at 8:00 am Uvongo Civic Centre, and the Parade Walk starts at 10:00 am sharp! Don’t miss out on this colourful celebration of fun and festivities.
